Photography is more than pressing a button. It’s capturing moments as they unfold. Moments we preserve for a lifetime, that we look back on in awe. It takes time, learning, patience, and growth to truly see and hold those moments.

After eight years behind the camera, I’ve learned that I’m not here to simply make portraits, I’m here to make art. I see the love and energy in everything, and when I photograph weddings, engagements, maternity, or newborns, I’m not chasing a perfect pose. I’m capturing a feeling. Because a strong image isn’t just about technical side of photography or chasing a "pretty" photo, it’s about meaning. The greater image.

My beliefs are rooted in nature, the universe, and the idea that our very being transcends space and time. My work celebrates the vitality of life, the bonds that connect us, and the beauty of transformation. I created Moonlight Photography, now Silvia Aguayo Photography, to bring these beliefs to light, and to give you photographs that live and breathe long after the moment has passed.
