Before anything else, reach out through the inquiry form below. We’ll talk about your story, your vision, and the moments you never want to forget. We can set up a call or online questionnaire. This is where I begin to understand what matters most to you.
Custom Quote & Contract

After the consultation, we send a detailed quote with transparent pricing and no hidden fees. The contract clearly outlines everything—timelines, deliverables, and policies—giving both couples and planners peace of mind. A 20% deposit secures the date, with the remainder due two weeks before the wedding day.
Pre-Wedding Planning

Leading up to the day, we’ll review venue details, timelines, and priorities. For unfamiliar venues, we research extensively, visit in advance if possible, and coordinate with venue managers. Engagement sessions offer a great opportunity to connect, build comfort, and align visually.
Wedding Day Coverage

We arrive early, dressed in the event’s dress code, and work alongside throughout the day. Each wedding is typically covered by two photographers, with optional assistants for larger events. All gear is equipped with backups and extra storage to ensure nothing is missed.
Editing & Delivery

Each image is retouched and hand-edited; resulting in a timeless gallery that feels honest, heartfelt, and beautifully you. You’ll view your images in a private online gallery and be able to download all your digital files.
Post-Wedding Support

Edited files are backed up for three years. For couples interested in prints or albums, we partner with printing labs to offer guidance and design support to turn memories into tangible keepsakes to last a lifetime.

When should I reserve my session?
You can reach out and reserve your date at any time, but availability is often limited. As a general guide, weddings are typically booked 12–18 months in advance, and engagement sessions 2–4 months ahead. The moment you have a preferred date, I recommend contacting your vendors.
How many images come in a gallery?
For engagement sessions, you can expect 50–75 images delivered through a proofing gallery, where you’ll be able to select and purchase your favorites.
For weddings, the number of images varies depending on your coverage, and we’ll go over those details during your pre-consultation.
How and when will we receive our photos?
You’ll receive a custom timeline for your session or wedding day. In general: Engagement galleries are delivered within 2–3 weeks. Wedding galleries are delivered within 6–8 weeks Expedited delivery is available for an additional fee.
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes, absolutely! All of my custom wedding packages include travel anywhere within Arizona. If your wedding is out of state, that’s no problem at all, I love to travel, and we can discuss all the details during your pre-consultation.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. You can begin a payment plan as soon as you book so everything is taken care of before your session or wedding day. Any additional purchases afterward will be invoiced separately.
Do you offer albums, prints, or other keepsakes?
I do! After your gallery reveal, we can schedule an in-person or virtual ordering session to explore albums, print boxes, wall art, and more, allowing you to preserve your memories in a way that feels meaningful to you.
How do you handle new or unfamiliar venues?
I research every venue thoroughly, studying lighting, layouts, and photo opportunities online and in person when possible. I typically arrive early to scout and collaborate with venue staff, ensuring we’re ready to capture your day perfectly.
What if we feel awkward or don’t know how to pose?
You don’t have to worry about posing, that’s my job. Most couples tell me they’re not “naturally photogenic,” but once the session begins, they’re surprised by how relaxed it feels. I guide you gently, give simple prompts, and create a space where your connection leads the moment.
