Before anything else, reach out through the inquiry form below. We’ll talk about your family, your vision, and the moments you never want to forget. We can set up a call or online questionnaire. This is where I begin to understand what matters most to you.

Custom Quote & Contract
After the consultation, we send a detailed quote with transparent pricing and no hidden fees. The contract clearly outlines everything—timelines, deliverables, and policies—giving parents a peace of mind. A 20% deposit secures the date, with the remainder due 48 hours before the session day.

Session Day Coverage
Leading up to the day, I'll send over confirmation details to ensure nothing gets lost and answer any last minute questions. On the day, I will guide you and make sure you feel amazing in front of the camera. I'll typically cary a few water bottles and snacks to ensure a comfortable experience.

Editing & Delivery
Each image is retouched and hand-edited; resulting in a timeless gallery that feels honest, heartfelt, and beautifully you. You'll receive a timeline and at delivery, you’ll view your images in a private online gallery and be able to download your favorite your digital files.

Post-Session Support
Edited files are backed up for two years. For families interested in prints or albums, we partner with printing labs to offer guidance and design support to turn memories into tangible keepsakes.

Optional: Heirloom Artwork
You may select from prints, albums, or wall art or curate a meaningful combination of them all. Every piece is thoughtfully chosen to reflect your style and to preserve your story with intention.

Questions You Might Be Wondering About Your Arizona Family Session
When should I reserve my session?
How long will it take to receive our photos, and how are they delivered?
How long do sessions typically last?

Anytime!
You’re welcome to book at any time, but I recommend scheduling maternity sessions between 32–36 weeks and newborn sessions within 7–14 days after birth. Fresh 48 sessions are the exception and follow your hospital timeline. To secure your preferred dates, reserve your session as soon as you know your due date.
2-Day Proofs
Your gallery will be ready within 2–3 weeks from final favorites selection. You’ll receive a custom timeline, and all images are delivered as proofs 2 days after your session through an online gallery where you can select your favorites.

I block out a bit wider timeframe to accommodate breaks, breathers, feedings, changes, etc. Shooting time remains consistent to your package. We can always get our sessions done sooner but the general guideline is:
30 Minute Shooting Time = 45 Minute Block
1 Hour Shooting Time = 1 hr 30 Minute Block
Definitely!
Yes! You can begin a payment plan as soon as you book so everything is taken care of before your session. However, an initial non-refundable retainer is required to book your date.
Remainder balance is due 48 hours before your session. Any additional purchases afterward are invoiced separately.

Dress in what feels authentically you: comfort and honesty photograph beautifully. I usually recommend neutrals with simple accent pieces. You’ll also receive a full style guide in your welcome packet.
